From the Northern State Pkwy: You can either follow the directions listed forthe LIE above by taking Route 135 North of off the Parkway (Exit 36 North towards Syosset when you are heading East, or Exit 37A to the LIE to the 135 on-ramp). Or you can take these directions... Exit 39 (Round Swamp Rd.) and go North to Jericho Turnpike. Make a left onto Jericho, go to 1st light (Avery Rd) make a right. Follow over train tracks, left at 1st light onto Woodbury rd, take 1st left after train over pass into Yoga Oasis’ parking lot. We are the last shop on right.

From all Points North (CSH/Huntington): Follow West Neck Rd where it crosses over Main Street and becomes Woodbury Rd. Follow for 3 miles towards CSH train station, at the Pulaski Rd. junction, make a right on Woodbury Road towards train overpass. studio is on left. Take 1st left after train over pass into Yoga Oasis’ parking lot.

From Northeast (Northern Suffolk County): Follow Pulaski Rd west. When it crosses over Oakwood Rd it turns into Woodbury Rd. Follow Woodbury Road past the train station, under the train overpass (3/4 mile after station) and take 1st left after train over pass into Yoga Oasis’ parking lot.

From Northwest (Glen Cove, Locust Valley, Manhasset, Roslyn): Take 25A east all the way past CSH Laboratories until the road forks past the harbor/fish hatchery. At bottom of the hill at the light, fork right and immediately take your first right at the blinking light on to Harbor Road. At the end of this road at the light, take a right on to Woodbury Road, go past 1 light, and take 1st left after train over pass into Yoga Oasis’ parking lot.

From the LIRR: to Cold Spring Harbor Station, we are within a 5 minute walk of the station west down Woodbury Road (come down to the road on which the station is, and follow it to the left, past 2 traffic lights, under the train overpass and into the boutique shopping center on the left).
